Carpinteros Stand Fer S.L., offers two types of products according to their setting:
- Interior decoration projects
- Trade fair stands

Within the interior decoration sector, we manufacture items of furniture and the necessary equipment for each project, such as:
- counters
- shelving
- display cases
- tables
- panels

And depending on what the stand is for, we offer two types:
- re-usable stands that can be disassembled
- fixed stands for a single use

The planning and installation of stands is a speciality within carpentry which requires the work of professionals with many years of experience and practice in this field. The type of material to be used depends on the type of stand needed. We use high quality materials for re-usable stands, and the assembly and packaging are more complex.

 

MATERIALS
      [ Basically, wood ]

Wood and its derivatives are the materials that we use for the preparation of the architectural projects. The ones we use the most are:
- Natural wood such as Oak, Beech, Cherry wood, different types of Pine, Walnut and Wenge.
- Agglomerate with natural wood veneer, Melamine, Untreated wood, Fibre board with Untreated wood veneer.


We use different materials such as methacrylate, glass, PVC and iron fittings as accessories for wood.

Our professionals are present at all times throughout the production process in order to obtain full control over the different stages of production.
- Cutting system to obtain exact measurements of the pieces
- Polishing system
- Application of dyes (when necessary)

The industrial equipment installed in our workshop includes:
- Vertical spindle moulding machine
- Four edge trimming saw
- Plane
- Double-surface planer
- Bench saw

Among the portable equipment used during the assembly of the projects:
- Pneumatic hammer
- Portable vacuum machine
- Portable plane
- Elevators
- Scaffolds

We use the traditional painting system to get the right colour for each piece.
